上門服務地區範疇：

**不另收費
包括香港島、九龍、新界、東涌及馬灣的市區。
市區為乘坐公共交通工具(不包括渡輪)後，步行不超過20分鐘之地方。
不包括機埸、迪士尼、禁區、羅湖及建築地盤。

**固定額外收費 (市區偏遠，機場，迪士尼及特定離島)
市區偏遠為香港島、九龍、新界區域內乘坐公共交通工具後，步行超過20分鐘之地方，但可乘坐出租車(的士或私家車)到達。
特定離島祗包括大嶼山、長州、愉景灣、坪州及南丫島之市區，下車或乘船後步行不超過20分鐘之地方。其他島嶼需另報价。

**另報價 (偏遠地區)
以上區域以外、非指定離島、機場禁區、禁區、羅湖、地盤、不明確地點或船上。

* 公共交通工具不包括的士、私人/公司渡輪、屋苑/員工接駁巴士。

Range of Service Areas:

**No extra charge
Urban area of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung MTR and Ma Wan Park Island.
An urban area is defined as a place within 20 minutes of walking after taking public transportation excluding ferries.
Excluding HK Airport, Disneyland, restricted areas, Lo Wu and construction sites.

**Fixed additional charge
Remote area (*1), HK Airport (non-restricted areas), Disneyland, and designated outlying islands
*1 The remote areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories are more than 20 minutes of walking after taking public transportation, but they can be reached by taxi or private car.
Designated outlying islands only include the urban areas of Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Ping Chau, Lamma Island. Places within a 20-minute walk after getting off the bus or by boat. Other islands need to be quoted separately.
